Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Bakery Technician to deliver technical expertise at the flour end-user level in the Visayas and Mindanao region. You will conduct needs assessments, develop tailored recipes, and demonstrate products to customers.

You will train customers on baking standards, troubleshoot on-site issues with QA, and maintain records of outcomes. Travel within Visayas and Mindanao is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course with baking-related certification preferred.
• Experience leading baking demonstrations or teaching sessions, including online platforms.
• Willingness to travel within Visayas & Mindanao region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with customers and develop customized baking solutions.
• Provide technical training and skill development sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with QA to troubleshoot on-site and document outcomes.
