Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
• Certified Bread and/or Pastry Chef with 4+ years hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test bakery recipes for Bakersfield products.
• Conduct baking demos at bakeries and trade events.
• Train sales staff on baking techniques and product applications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D for samples and feedback.
