Ador's Bakeshop is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, customer service, and safety standards in Metro Manila. You will manage staff, schedules, inventory, and ordering, while training team members and addressing customer concerns to optimize sales performance.

You will also ensure accurate cash handling, record-keeping, and timely report generation, presenting branch performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of bakery operations, inventory control, and food safety regulations.
Excellent customer service skills.
Amenable to work on flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, customer service, and compliance with safety standards.
Manage staff, fix and monitor work schedules, and ensure efficient manpower distribution.
Handle inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies.
