• Safeguard company inventory and assets against all forms of loss, including inventory variances, waste, pilferage, and cash shortages.
• Promote and maintain a healthy working environment and strong teamwork among all store personnel.
• Implement, monitor, measure, and report company strategies related to operations, internal control, marketing, and sales at the store level.
