Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple bakeshop branches within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company standards and driving profitability.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor quality and safety, lead store visits and audits, manage inventory and wastage, and push sales growth while developing Branch Managers and staff. Will travel extensively within the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in retail, food service, bakery, restaurant or FMCG.
• Proven experience handling multiple store operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting.
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned branches to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Ensure branches maintain adequate inventory levels and minimize wastage.
• Drive achievement of sales and profitability targets across assigned stores.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and store personnel.
• Monitor branch expenses and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
