Job summary

Equalynx Network Co is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage existing client relationships in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will present company offerings, prepare quotations, and conduct client visits to advance opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and willingness to travel for client visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Sales or account management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Present and promote company products and services to potential customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and other sales documents
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations as needed
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines
• Monitor sales activities and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Finance, and other departments to ensure proper delivery of customer requirements
• Monitor orders, deliveries, payments, and customer concerns
