Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Baker-Ovenman to prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other products according to standard recipes, procedures, and quality standards. You will ensure proper proofing, monitor ovens, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply and should be willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate setup of the proofer and chiller to make sure proper proofing of dough is done prior to topping and baking.
• Operates and monitors ovens at the correct temperature and baking time.
• Check the quality, appearance, and consistency of baked products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area and equipment.
• Properly handle and store ingredients and baking materials.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Report damaged products, equipment problems, or ingredient shortages to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist the production team with other tasks when needed.

We are looking for a Baker-Ovenman responsible for preparing, baking, and ensuring the quality of bread, pastries, and other baked products in accordance with the company's standard recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
