About the role

Pace Academy is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Talayan Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods to the highest quality standards. As a skilled artisan, your role will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a variety of breads and other baked goods according to recipes and customer orders
2. Measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and monitoring product quality throughout the baking process
3. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bakery production area
4. Collaborating with the wider culinary team to develop new recipes and product ideas
5. Maintaining detailed records of production, inventory, and quality control

What we're looking for

1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a professional Baker, with a strong background in creating high-quality baked goods
2. Technical expertise in baking techniques, food safety, and the use of commercial bakery equipment
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely
4. Creative flair and an interest in developing new baked product concepts
5. Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy bakery environment
