Job description

On-site - Quezon City No Exp Required High/Senior High School Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of products (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of baked goods
• Monitor baking times and temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
• Manage ingredient inventory and report shortages
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (TESDA NC II in Baking/Pastry is an advantage)
• With or without experience (experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety practices
• Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes accurately
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays
