Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring a hands-on Baker in Makati City to produce quality breads at scale. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of professional baking experience and strong skills with bread and enriched doughs.

You should be familiar with large-scale production, commercial baking equipment, and food safety practices. This is a fast-paced, production-focused kitchen with shifting schedules including weekends and holidays. Immediate start preferred.

• Is passionate about bread-making and baking
• Has strong experience with bread & enriched doughs
• Understands dough handling, fermentation, proofing, shaping & baking
• Is familiar with Filipino breads and baking traditions
• Takes pride in quality, consistency, and cleanliness
• Works well in a fast-paced, production-focused kitchen

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2+ years of professional baking experience, preferably in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, commissary, or food production environment
• Experience with large-scale/commercial bread production
• Proficient in using commercial baking equipment
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling
