Job summary

Electronic Security Systems Corporation (ESSCOR) is hiring for badge/ID issuance and access management roles in Makati. You will reproduce photos and IDs, ensure all equipment is functional, manage badge peripherals, and mobilize photobooth services for new hires on site.

Responsibilities include handling access tickets, updating requestors, and maintaining a customer-centric experience for employees and visitors; daily huddles and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field.
• Good written and oral communication skills and listening abilities.
• Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience printing employee ID is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Photobooth services and badge/ID issuance, including reproduction of photos and IDs.
• Ensure all equipment (camera, printers) is 100% operational.
• Safety stock management of peripherals (printer ribbons, PVC/HID cards).
• Mobilize photobooth services according to location of new hires.
• Provide knowledge on operating the photobooth.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Logistics and secure transfer of badges and peripherals.
• Disposal of badge or company ID and photo ID.
• Conduct daily huddles pre/post duty for instructions and specifics.
• Cross-function with other scope of services.
• Provide 24/7 support for access management tickets and updates.
• Tag tickets correctly and manage ticket severities; communicate status.
• Assist in activating/deactivating badges onsite; respond to inquiries.
• Produce artifacts for audits and compliance; cross-function as needed.
• Maintain customer-centric service during operations; daily huddles continue.
