Job summary

ESSCOR in Makati is seeking a skilled Security Systems Installer to handle installation of Access Control, CCTV, and alarms across Metro Manila sites. You will assess, install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and basic software, and ensure compliance with installation standards.

You will participate in testing and commissioning with client vendors and act as the technical point of contact for ACS & CCTV issues onsite, coordinating with service managers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Access Control System.
• Knowledgeable in Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of CCTV System.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Security Systems to include but not limited to Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, Alarms and its associated works.
• Conduct assessment and troubleshooting of the service calls - hardware and basic software related concern via phone assistance and onsite visit, provide permanent solutions and recommendations resulting in closing the concern.
• Knowledgeable and must comply with the security system installation standards.
• Participate in all testing and commissioning activities with the client's vendor.
• Can attend to all security system issues in all Metro Manila Sites (Alabang, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Quezon City).
• Collaborate, work closely and must be capable of managing the client and client's vendor onsite. Serve as the technical point of contact regarding ACS & CCTV incident issue in Accenture.
• Conduct surveys and estimates on the materials needed for the installation of Security Systems (as needed).
• Work closely with Service Manager in furnishing status reports and materials request.
