Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Systems Access – Management and Administration professional to handle access credentials for MasTec client systems. Location options include Eastwood Quezon City or Paranaque, Philippines, with onsite night shifts.

You will support both MasTec employees and approved vendor personnel, vet requests, monitor processes, and deliver timely service. Strong English communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and work experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or MIS.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or training.
• Experience in construction, telecommunications or engineering fields preferred.
• Equivalents of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests for access credentials to client systems and platforms.
• Support internal and external customers.
• Vet service requests based on criteria and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet processing standards.
• Monitor processes and ensure service quality.
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of service requests.
• Communicate clearly with customers about expectations and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation including job aids, access requirements, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide weekly activity reports to management with insights and trends.
• Communicate with clients within the defined scope of work.
• Share knowledge and best practices for knowledge management.
• Participate in QA and testing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
