Job summary

Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation is seeking a Technician, Access Control to support and enhance security technology infrastructure in our Manila operation. The role covers provisioning, installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of access control and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with security technologies, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with security teams to ensure safe and efficient staff and guest access.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in customer services, preferably in security, IT, electronics or related fields.
Experience administering security technologies including Access Control, Security Alarm Systems, and Key Management Systems.
College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Security Alarm, Access Control, Key Management, and Radio communications systems.
Administer security database and access badges, and perform configuration changes.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for security tech.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
