You will handle data entry, reporting, and client inquiries with a professional demeanor, while growing your skills in a hybrid work setup after six months and enjoying a day shift with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• With customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Preferably with customer service training.
• Computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Tech Savvy.
• Good at multi-tasking.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in handling issues and applications.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies on back office and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor partners' wallet and related accounts.
• Generate MRBC funding and transaction reports for accounting.
• Create reports for approvals of funding, reversals, postings, etc.
• Process and track claims, cancellations, and related fees.
• Initial checking and filing of member documents.
• Assist with reactivation requests, password resets, and application installations for members.
• Update MRBC documentation in the tracker.
• Facilitate fund transfers as needed.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients.
• Address client needs in a calm and assertive manner.
