Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, encode, and monitor customer orders and sales bookings
• Verify sales orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, quantities, and required delivery dates
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives regarding order status and customer requirements
• Monitor pending, confirmed, cancelled, and completed orders
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics regarding product availability, picking, dispatching, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance regarding payment status, credit limits, invoices, and account concerns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor sales performance versus targets
• Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and customer communications
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns and follow up on pending orders and deliveries
• Perform data entry and maintain sales databases or systems

About the role

The position ensures that sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
