Job summary

gsm - green sm is seeking a Car Sales Collaborator to drive direct-to-consumer car sales in the Philippines. You will identify and engage potential customers, present vehicle options, and convert leads into bookings and final sales, delivering excellent service while meeting individual targets.

You will handle prospecting, follow-ups, field activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, retail, automotive, real estate, financial services, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong communication, commercial mindset, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Job Objective

Drive direct-to-consumer (B2C) car sales by identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting vehicle offerings, and converting leads into confirmed bookings and completed sales. The Car Sales Collaborator is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving individual sales targets and supporting Green GSM's business growth in the Philippine market.

Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, personal networks, social media, online inquiries, and assigned leads.
• Generate new sales opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective car buyers.
• Follow up with prospective customers promptly to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel.

B. Sales & Conversion

• Present vehicle models, features, pricing, financing options, and applicable promotions to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable vehicle options, and address questions or objections.
• Coordinate vehicle demonstrations, test drives, consultations, and sales appointments where applicable.
• Negotiate within approved pricing and commercial guidelines to close deals.
• Drive conversion from inquiry and qualified lead to booking, deposit, and completed vehicle sale.

D. Sales Administration & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the designated CRM or sales tracker.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams on vehicle availability, pricing, documentation, payment, financing, and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure customer documents and transaction records are complete and submitted in accordance with company policies.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, customer feedback, and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
