Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will engage existing customers via an outbound dialer to cross-sell novated leasing and other workplace benefits, educating employees on salary-packaging mechanics and tax advantages.

You will qualify leads, aim to meet KPIs, and maintain professional customer interactions. You will handle data diligently, provide campaign feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to improve lead

Qualifications

• Sales-driven mindset suitable for high-volume outbound/inbound calls.
• Excellent verbal communication, able to explain financial benefits clearly.
• Experience in call center sales and meeting targets.
• Demonstrated resilience and maturity in challenging sales calls.
• Strong time management to handle multiple leads and deadlines.
• Cross-selling experience in finance/insurance is a plus.
• Knowledge of novated leasing or salary packaging is advantageous.
• Certifications in Sales or Business Development are a bonus.
• Ability to spot and close sales opportunities from buying signals.
• Experience with employer-based marketing campaigns is preferred.
