Job summary

gsm - green sm is seeking a Car Sales Collaborator to drive direct-to-consumer car sales in the Philippines. You will identify and engage potential customers, present vehicle options, and convert leads into bookings and final sales, delivering excellent service while meeting individual targets.

You will handle prospecting, follow-ups, field activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, retail, automotive, real estate, financial services, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong communication, commercial mindset, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward individual sales targets.
• Proactive in prospecting, following up with leads, and building customer relationships.
• Able to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate sales records.
• Willingness to conduct field sales activities and meet customers when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, networks, social media, inquiries, and assigned leads.
• Present vehicle models, features, pricing, financing options, and promotions to prospective customers.
• Coordinate demonstrations, test drives, consultations, and sales appointments to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status, and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
