Cedar Network and Data Solution is seeking a confident Telemarketer / Appointment Setter in the Philippines to support a UK lettings sector initiative. You will conduct outbound calls, introduce the product, and secure appointments for the Business Development Team.

Ideal candidates communicate professionally with UK businesses, handle objections well, and maintain CRM records as you build relationships for growth in a new B2B sales venture.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with UK businesses.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections while staying motivated.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge or experience in business development, cold calling, telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to UK letting agencies using a provided prospect database.
• Introduce the insurance-backed product in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
• Communicate confidently with business owners, directors, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for the Business Development Team.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Handle basic objections professionally and maintain a positive approach.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, outcomes, and appointments.
• Update the CRM or prospect database after each interaction.
• Represent the business professionally when communicating with UK clients and prospects.
