Qualifications

• Must understand end-to-end sales order workflows, provisioning, billing, and contract execution in B2B telco.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales support and complaint resolution.
• CRM-agnostic data management with strict data integrity and pipeline hygiene.
• Advanced Excel, data dashboards, and analytics to identify billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows for mobility, fixed, ICT, and complex products across Australian enterprise accounts.
• Validate billing setups, perform data integrity checks, and resolve discrepancies to prevent revenue leakage from cycle one.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Provisioning, Billing, and Compliance to resolve bottlenecks and escalations.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene with accurate opportunity stages, values, close dates, and order-readiness prerequisites.
• Deliver onboarding support and conduct first bill walkthroughs for clients.
