Job summary

Northgate Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to guide a B2B sales team in the Philippines.

You will drive quota attainment, build a robust CRM-enabled pipeline, and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to set realistic targets and pricing guarded by data. You will hire, coach, and mentor reps, develop individual plans, and maintain CRM data integrity while tracking KPIs and ensuring customer renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership/management role.
Track record of hitting or exceeding team sales targets with verifiable numbers.
Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Experience coaching and developing a sales team, with examples of turning around underperformance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the team toward its quota, building the pipeline coverage needed to get there.
Shape a CRM-tracked sales funnel suited to how B2B IT deals move.
Work with Finance and Marketing to set sales targets and pricing guardrails grounded in data.
Hire, coach, and grow a team of sales representatives through regular deal reviews and hands-on coaching.
Build development plans with each rep and guide the team toward clear, trackable KPIs.
Maintain CRM data integrity and lead from stage updates, deal aging, and leadership reporting.
Protect and grow revenue in existing accounts through renewals, expansion, and account health check-ins.
Collaborate with Marketing and Finance on campaigns, positioning, lead generation, collections, and AR follow-through.
