Job summary

Globe Group in the Philippines seeks a B2B Segment Marketing Lead to design and execute marketing strategies for key industries, leading a team of segment managers and analytics professionals to drive demand, MQLs, and pipeline targets.

You will collaborate with content marketing, manage 360 campaigns, integrate ICT offerings, and advance ABM programs while monitoring KPIs and delivering post-mortems for GTM processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Management, preferably in telco or FMCG.
• Experience in B2B Marketing is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in managing a professional marketing team.
• Proficient in Brand Building, Communications Strategy, and PR.
• Proficient in Marketing Strategy, Planning and Implementation.
• Proficient in Project Management.
• Proficient in Strategic Partnerships & Alliances.
• Knowledgeable in Account Based Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted marketing strategies for assigned industry/vertical.
• Lead a team of segment managers and analytics professionals.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline targets.
• Execute 360 marketing campaigns across awareness to conversion.
• Integrate ICT services and product bundles into marketing programs.
• Lead ABM programs and report results to stakeholders.
