Job summary

Kaiterra is seeking a Sales Support/Deal Desk professional to act as the operational engine for our sales team in the Philippines. You will support complex B2B deals, manage CRM and pipeline accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and help Account Executives move opportunities toward closing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Sales Support or related roles, strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Project Coordination.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or complex hardware/software environments.
• Experience with long sales cycles and complex deals.
• Expert-level CRM knowledge; HubSpot preferred.
• Experience drafting proposals, SOWs, RFQs, or technical/commercial quotations.
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales deals with Legal, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Success.
• Track contracts, approvals, proposals, RFQs, POs, and other deal requirements.
• Draft proposals, SOWs, and technical/commercial quotes based on AE guidance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, close dates, notes, and follow-ups.
• Manage client-facing scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
• Coordinate the Closed Won handover to Customer Success.
• Identify process bottlenecks and help improve sales workflows and resources.
