Job summary

Myvan Properties Development Inc. is looking for a Sales Executive to promote Paylalo, a payroll and timekeeping SaaS for SMEs and corporations in the Philippines. This B2B role emphasizes demos, solution selling, and closing deals with HR leaders and business owners.

You will lead outbound and inbound prospecting, tailor demonstrations to client needs, and manage negotiations, onboarding, and after-sales support. A fintech/SaaS background and strong closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
13 years experience in sales, preferably in fintech or SaaS/payroll/HR.
Strong presentation and demo skills; experience in B2B selling is highly preferred.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand software products.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, corporations, HR departments).
Generate leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
Conduct product demos and presentations of Paylalo.
Explain features such as payroll automation, timekeeping, overtime, and benefits tracking.
Customize solutions based on client needs.
Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers.
Handle inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.
Provide after-sales support and onboarding coordination.
Understand competitor payroll systems and fintech trends; provide feedback to improve product positioning.
