Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Product/Brand Marketing.
• Experience in telecommunications or tech field preferred.
• B2B experience and market insighting is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, particularly in B2B contexts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative marketing strategies for Globe Business Core and ICT solutions to drive revenue and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate awareness and drive retention and growth to meet targets.
• Position Globe Business with a clear customer value proposition against competitors.
• Lead go-to-market and communications strategies with external teams for program targets.
• Measure performance and optimize campaigns based on data and learnings.
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and agencies for seamless program execution.
