Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to lead a team and own the technical engagement for complex implementation projects in the Philippines. The role emphasizes defining architectures, responding to RFPs, and building specialized expertise in Globe technologies.

You will partner with business units and IT teams to translate goals into technology-enabled solutions, while advocating for secure, scalable platforms and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive work experience in designing, implementing and leading technology/business solutions.
• Focus on optimizing business value and processes with applications and platforms.
• Experience in management consulting, BPR, or equivalent IT/telecom industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects and own technical engagement across implementation projects.
• Define implementation architectures and respond to RFPs with domain expertise in Globe technologies.
• Develop best-practice knowledge sharing within the solution architect community.
