TeleDial Call Center Incorporated is seeking an experienced B2B Outbound Sales Team Leader to guide and coach a team handling business and telecommunications accounts. You will drive coaching on cold calling, prospecting, and closing while monitoring KPIs and performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on coaching to help the team meet aggressive sales targets, including coordinating with operations and QA for optimal results.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Team Leader experience in B2B outbound sales.
• 1 year of experience leading a B2B cold-calling team.
• 1 year of TELCO sales experience, as agent or Team Leader.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, sales processes, and closing.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of B2B outbound sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
• Coach team members on cold calling, prospecting, objection handling, and closing.
• Conduct call reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help the team achieve sales goals.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with Operations and Quality Assurance.
