Job summary

ADM in Cebu City is seeking a B2B Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage end-to-end order fulfilment while delivering excellent service to customers and the sales team.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process B2B customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with Production Planner on order production schedules and monitor production output.
• Coordinate with QA and Warehouse teams regarding order release and product availability.
• Arrange logistics for order delivery and customer pick-up.
• Monitor deliveries and shipments and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Handle order discrepancies, delivery issues, returns, and customer complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
• Support billing, invoicing, and order reconciliation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
