Job summary

Smartsourcing in Cebu City seeks a Finance Admin Associate to support end-to-end order processing and day-to-day accounts receivable activities. You will reach out to customers, capture orders through the order-processing tool or CRM, and ensure each store is covered during ordering cycles.

You will coordinate delivery manifests with couriers, process payments, handle credit claims, and produce store sales and trend reports.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to 1–2 years' experience, ideally in Order Processing and/or Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers and process orders end-to-end using the order-processing tool/CRM.
• Coordinate delivery manifests with couriers on dispatch and keep customers informed of status.
• Process customer payments daily and weekly; document and process credit claims.
• Produce store sales and trend reports; analyze ordering patterns and delays.
