Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to ensure timely, accurate processing of customer orders from our warehouse and delivery systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to prevent delays, maintain Perfect Order Fulfilment data, and support long-term customer retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, order fulfillment, customer service, or supply chain management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping logistics, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process customer orders, ensuring all items meet specifications and delivery timeliness.
• Check Sales Order status and plan target dispatch and/or delivery dates.
• Review status of pending unserved SO and monitor SO-Aging & collaborate with Sales & production for allocation & depletion.
• Monitor and track status of booked Sales Orders from processing until delivery to customer.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain data on Perfect Order Fulfilment (POF) and publish KPIs to improve business goals.
• Maintain data on differences between Average Order Volume and Actual Orders per client; report reasons for gaps.
• Customer Retention: develop relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Inventory Management: collaborate with warehouse and logistics to track stock levels for flour and non-flour products.
• Coordinate with W&L Specialists to determine order readiness and attainment.
• Provide Orders Schedules to W&L Specialists for effective execution.
• Customer Communication: act as point of contact for order inquiries and delivery estimates.
• Shipping & Logistics Coordination: coordinate with carriers to ensure timely shipping and delivery schedules.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of order details, shipping documents, and communications.
• Problem Resolution: identify and resolve fulfillment issues in collaboration with other departments.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline order fulfillment and enhance customer experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
