Job summary

Custom Accounting CPA is seeking a hands-on Lead Coordinator to drive digital marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. This remote role is based in the Philippines and follows EST hours (9 AM–5 PM) to align with client teams.

You’ll own email nurture sequences, LinkedIn, SMS and direct outreach, paid search and social campaigns, webinar promotion and follow-up, and constantly improve campaigns based on results.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of digital marketing or campaign management experience.
• Marketing automation & CRM experience.
• B2B lead generation experience.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM-5 PM).
