Ripped Box Station is seeking a Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist to drive B2B prospecting, build targeted lists, and manage the company’s online presence. The role focuses on identifying decision-makers, researching companies, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

You will develop and maintain a content calendar, schedule posts across platforms, respond to comments, track reach and engagement, and prepare regular progress reports.

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and social media management.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for prospect research.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
