Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Starlight's full-service portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and referral networks.
• Create and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company revenue goals.
• Represent Starlight at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
• Track pipeline activity, prepare regular reports, and report to the CEO.
