Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 6 months–1+ year experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and resilient in handling objections.
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns (calls and emails).
• Engage prospects and handle endorsed discovery or closing meetings.
• Develop a strong understanding of services and deliver tailored solution pitches.
• Maintain CRM/LM data accuracy and hygiene.
• Build and nurture prospect relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Accounts and internal teams to support full-cycle sales execution.
• Track and report KPIs (leads, calls, emails, meetings).
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.
