Job summary

Adamantine Traders OPC, an authorized TOA Electronics Philippines distributor, seeks a Business Development Executive in Pasig to drive sales of professional audio, PA, conference, and commercial sound solutions.

You will expand the customer base, identify opportunities, manage leads, and present proposals while building relationships with system integrators, contractors, architects, interior designers, and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development preferred.
• Experience in professional audio/AV systems or related tech is a plus.
• Existing relationships with contractors, system integrators, architects, developers or commercial establishments are advantageous.
• Able to prospect and approach new clients; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Prospect potential clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, site visits, and networking.
• Develop relationships with system integrators, contractors, architects, interior designers, and commercial clients.
• Promote TOA professional audio, PA, conference, and commercial sound solutions, and USEA/OraHub BGM solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product information, and sales presentations; follow up on inquiries and projects.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, opportunities, quotations, and ongoing projects.
• Grow existing accounts and pursue repeat business and cross-sell opportunities.
