Kai Tian Trading Inc. is expanding its sales team in Bulacan, seeking a Sales Executive who will develop new distributor accounts and drive growth across multiple product categories.

Qualificações

• At least 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B experience is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Willing to travel and conduct field work.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Basic knowledge of sales documentation and reporting.
• Experience in auto parts, machinery, or e-bikes is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, source, and develop new distributors, dealers, and B2B clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Conduct field visits, sales calls, and presentations to potential partners.
• Promote and sell company products including auto parts, agricultural machinery, e-bikes, and other related items.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Submit regular sales reports, client updates, and activity plans.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, trade visits, and on-site negotiations.
