Job summary

Envision Monitoring Development Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Analyst to accelerate market expansion across the Philippines' commercial and industrial sectors.

You will combine technical insight with direct B2B commercial execution to promote innovative energy monitoring solutions and close deals in face-to-face meetings. You will prospect, qualify, and present to executives, facility managers, and engineers while analyzing energy usage to tailor ROI demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting C&I clients in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related technical field preferred; non-technical degrees with proven track record will be considered.
• Opportunity to build executive relationships, prospect and close deals in face-to-face meetings.
• Strong command of English and Tagalog for client interactions across the region.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and industrial hubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: hunt and develop new B2B leads across industrial plants, commercial facilities, and enterprise clients.
• Direct Sales & Presentations: conduct face-to-face technical pitches to C-levels and facility managers.
• Solution Analysis: evaluate client energy usage data to tailor proposals and ROI demonstrations.
• Deal Execution: manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to contracting and closing.
• Market Intelligence: monitor trends to refine outreach and pipeline accuracy.
