Job summary

VA Masters seeks a hands-on Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to own our demand generation engine from target-listing to content publishing. This is the first dedicated marketing hire, measured by meetings booked and pipeline health.

You will build target accounts, run outbound sequences, publish content, and keep our CRM clean. A self-directed B2B marketer with strong writing and Canva skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B marketing or demand generation.
• Demonstrated lead generation results with measurable metrics.
• Hands-on LinkedIn outbound experience including Sales Navigator, list building and sequence writing.
• Proven LinkedIn organic content experience with examples.
• Strong written English with plain, direct tone.
• Advanced Canva skills within a locked brand system.
• Confident using Notion as a CRM — databases, relations and filtered views.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target account lists using LinkedIn Navigator and trade directories.
• Research decision makers at target accounts (owners, GMs, ops managers).
• Run outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email.
• Write outbound copy focused on industry problems, not pitches.
• Manage response pipeline: qualify replies and book discovery calls.
• Publish 4–5 posts per week across company and personal profiles.
• Create carousel posts and visuals in Canva within brand system.
• Turn internal materials into public content and case studies.
• Build lead magnets like checklists and templates.
• Own Notion CRM end to end: contacts, leads, deals, data hygiene.
• Log outbound touches against company records for full history.
• Maintain nurture sequences and trigger off CRM data.
• Produce and send monthly newsletter to contact database.
• Support events with pre-event outreach and follow-up.
• Keep website current; build campaign landing pages with basic on-page SEO.
• Report monthly on outreach metrics and sources.
