Job summary

Xerox is seeking an experienced eCommerce B2B Administrator to manage and optimize customer-specific online catalogs and content. You will work across Product Marketing, IT, Customer Support and Accounts to deliver enterprise-grade B2B sites with accurate catalogs and seamless user experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in web content management, knowledge of Adobe Commerce or similar platforms, and basic HTML/CSS. Hybrid work model with North America night shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in web content management, website administration, or eCommerce operations.
• Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms and customer-facing sites.
• Basic HTML/CSS and content management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work North America hours.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain customer-specific B2B eCommerce sites and catalogs.
• Develop customized catalogs for enterprise accounts within third-party eProcurement systems.
• Build and maintain site content, landing pages, navigation structures, and product catalogs.
• Support new site implementations, customer onboarding, and platform enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customer-specific solutions.
• Participate in customer site reviews and provide recommendations based on best practices.
• Update website content and configurations based on contract changes and business needs.
• Monitor site functionality, content accuracy, and platform performance.
