Job summary

Xerox Philippines is hiring an eCommerce Administrator to set up and maintain B2B sites and catalogs for enterprise accounts. You will configure content, support on-boarding, and implement customer-specific solutions across eProcurement platforms.

We seek a candidate with 5+ years in web content management, hands-on Magento knowledge, and strong stakeholder skills. Hybrid work model and NA hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in web content management or eCommerce.
• Experience administering B2B eCommerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with content maintenance and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain customer-specific B2B eCommerce sites and catalogs.
• Develop customized catalogs for enterprise accounts within third-party eProcurement systems.
• Build and maintain site content, landing pages, navigation structures, and product catalogs.
• Support new site implementations, customer onboarding, and platform enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customer-specific solutions.
• Participate in customer site reviews and provide recommendations based on best practices.
• Update website content and configurations based on contract changes and business needs.
• Monitor site functionality, content accuracy, and platform performance.
