Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced eCommerce B2B Administrator to setup and manage customer-specific digital commerce solutions. You will configure catalogs, maintain content, and optimize online purchasing experiences for North America customers.

This role requires strong knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento) and web content management. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, IT, Customer Support, and Account Management to deliver accurate catalogs, onboard new enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in web content management or ecommerce ops.
• Experience administering B2B ecommerce platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer-specific B2B sites and catalogs.
• Develop catalogs for enterprise accounts in third-party eProcurement.
• Update site content, navigation, and product catalogs.
• Support site implementations and onboarding of customers.
