Afni Philippines is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Business-to-Business account in Sta Rosa, Laguna. You will leverage your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent service and resolve inquiries for US/UK/AU customers.

The role offers up to PHP 24,000 monthly plus up to PHP 9,000 in incentives, plus benefits like HMO for dependents, medical reimbursement, life insurance, paid training, and growth opportunities. Recruitment Hub operates weekdays 10AM-5PM.

Formación

• At least 12 months of BPO experience handling English-speaking accounts (US/UK/AU).
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational).
• Willingness to work in a paperless environment with information security measures.
• NBI clearance prior to start date.
