Job summary

AFNI Philippines is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Business-to-Business account, located at Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City. You will leverage your customer interaction skills to provide excellent service to our clients.

Rewards include up to PHP 24,000 monthly, plus up to PHP 9,000 monthly performance incentive, plus health and life insurance and paid training. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of BPO experience handling English-speaking accounts (US/UK/AU).
• At least a high school diploma.
• With strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational).
• Strong comprehension and learning agility.
• Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures.
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before the start date.
