Job summary

Afni Philippines is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for a Business-to-Business account to support operations at Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City. You will leverage your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent service to business clients.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of BPO experience handling English-Speaking Accounts (US/UK/AU).
• At least a high school diploma.
• With strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational).
• Strong comprehension and learning agility.
• Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures.
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before the start date.
