Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to build and grow a B2B client portfolio across diverse industries in Manila. You will open doors, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn opportunities into long-term corporate accounts.

The role emphasizes hunting new clients, maintaining a strong pipeline, and achieving sales targets through cold calling, outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, business development or solutions selling.
• Experience in manpower, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, HR solutions, or other B2B services is highly preferred.
• Existing network or database of corporate decision-makers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
• Identify and connect with HR, Procurement and Business Decision-makers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, field prospecting and sales blitzes.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, needs assessments and site visits.
• Prepare proposals and customized manpower solutions based on client requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close new accounts.
• Develop relationships with business groups, industry associations and potential strategic partners.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity and revenue forecasts.
• Work closely with Operations, Recruitment, HR and Management to ensure successful client onboarding and deployment.
