You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and external partners to drive digital solutions that enhance efficiency and decision making. The role emphasizes end-to-end system management, data integrity, and cross-functional project leadership, with a focus on dashboard accuracy and KPI reporting for monthly and weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution environments.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.
• Proven experience in dashboard development, sales reporting, process automation, and cross-functional project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of sales and trade systems used by B2B Team.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for route-to-market, promotions tracking, pricing updates, and store execution reporting.
• Standardize key commercial processes through system enhancements and digital tools.
