Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. seeks a Master Data Governance Manager – Supply Chain Systems to lead data governance and ensure data accuracy for our Blue Yonder APS implementation.

You will oversee data readiness, SIT/UAT validation, issue resolution, and Go-Live support across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include establishing data ownership, monitoring controls, and post-Go-Live stabilization, while supervising the Data Specialist team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, ERP, or Supply Chain Systems.
• Experience participating in or leading ERP, APS, or enterprise system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data validation, system testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and Go-Live support.
• Good understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, or procurement master data.

Responsibilities

• Lead master data governance and maintain data quality across business units.
• Oversee data readiness and validation during SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
• Manage data-related issues, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and change approvals.
• Establish and monitor data ownership, validation, and approval controls.
• Coordinate with business teams, IT, and implementation partners to resolve data issues.
• Lead post-Go-Live monitoring, stabilization, and transition to regular operations.
• Supervise the Data Specialist team and provide management with data readiness and risk reports.
