Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a results-driven professional to manage and improve B2B sales systems, data governance, and analytics. You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to drive efficiency and implement digital solutions supporting the B2B team.

The role encompasses end-to-end system design, data integration, dashboard development, and cross-functional project leadership to enable accurate, timely insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution environments.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of sales and trade systems used by B2B Team.
• Identify automation opportunities for route-to-market, promotions tracking, pricing updates, and store execution reporting.
• Standardize key commercial processes through system enhancements and digital tools.
• Oversee accuracy and integrity of master data related to customers, SKUs, pricing, and promotions.
• Enable seamless data capture, consolidation, and reporting for B2B KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure dashboard accuracy and usability.
• Lead and manage system improvement projects including requirement gathering, UAT, rollout, and adoption tracking.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders.
