Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Collections Agent to manage overdue B2B accounts, negotiate payments, and recover balances while ensuring compliance. This is a 3-month contract for a full-time role based in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines.

You will work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, meet targets, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates have experience in international collections, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate under targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in international B2B collections or accounts receivable.
• Can start ASAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional phone manner.
• Ability to negotiate while maintaining client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activity in CRM or collections software.
• Escalate accounts requiring legal action or third-party intervention.
• Meet or exceed monthly collections targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate resolution of disputes with internal departments.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, recovery rates, and aging balances.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company standards.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding billing and account status.
